    First time Turo user here. 🙋🏼‍♀️ I learned of the app from my daughter who used it during her stay in Denver. While I was skeptical of the process, at first, Dewan made this experience extremely pleasant & comforting. He was quick to respond, follow up & provide helpful advice. He even kept an eye on my arriving flight at DFW the morning I landed, saw that it was earlier than expected, and delivered the rental to me PRIOR to my agreed rental time. I was so grateful for their impeccable attention to detail. 🙏🏽 Upon receiving the vehicle, it was clean, smelled great, full tank of gas & even had toll tags for convenience. I felt safe, the vehicle handled very well (no problems whatsoever), and got great gas mileage. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth and seamless, despite my fluctuating time of returning the vehicle, they were extremely understanding & worked with my hectic schedule every step of the way. Honestly, IDK how car rental companies are going to be able to keep up with this level of hospitality. I will never rent from a national chain again. Next time I’m in the Dallas/FW area I will 💯 rent from Dewan again. The service he provided & ease of communication was superior to any I’ve ever received in these types of hospitality apps. Please do yourself a favor, if you’re looking at a car rental in the DFW area, rent from Dewan & ease your peace of mind. You will not go wrong with the level of service he provides.

    I had an outstanding experience renting from Dewan! The car was impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained. The entire process, from pick up to drop off, was seamless. Dewan's swift responses to messages, regardless of the time, were impressive. To top it off, I forgot my glasses in the car, and Dewan went above and beyond to secure them for me. Without a doubt, I would gladly rent from him again. Highly recommended!
